In 1862, Confederate forces clashed with Kit Carson and the First New Mexico Cavalry at Valverde, New Mexico. These little saddle parts were metal-detected there at the site of Fort Craig. The price below is for all three of them. They're in very nice condition and would display quite handsomely with some of the other Valverde relics I am offering.

Valverde and Fort Craig were home to federal forces before, during and after the Civil War.
