The Wisconsin is one federal button that’s harder to find in nice, dug condition. This one is a very solid example with much gilt remaining. The backmark is, I feel sure, "Extra Quality"...but I can only make out a letter or two. If there is a flaw to this button, it is that the backmark is obscured or faded by ground action. The shank is straight and the construction of the button is quite solid.
