Unlike the previous regimental, this unused envelope does not have Col. Birney's bust encircled by a line. Collectors of patriotic covers can sometimes get very detailed about the tiniest nuances and differences.

Of the two covers, this is the more common. The one with Birney in a circle is fairly scarce, comparatively.
