Standard GAR sword belt plate in very nice condition. A few splotches of dirt or mold that could be cleaned without doing any damage. The keeper is a match (there was a belt at one time, but a buy bought the rig and said he had no use for the plate) but it is a tad loose. Fit tightly in a display case or placed on a belt, this would be no problem.

What a great gift for a veteran in your life! Now he or she can have something worn by a hero from an earlier era!
